Nail care: shape and color appropriate for your nail

Have you ever wondered which shape to give to your nail? What color is better for your skin tone? Although we can take the color and shape that is preferred, there are forms and colors that favor us more than others. Here I put a little guide.

Nail polish tone depending on your shape and skin:

- Natural: Any natural tone looks good on all types of nails, whatever their shape and size. Examples of natural colors would be white, beige, ivory and pale pinks. They differ according to skin type:

       - White, ivory and beige: Although it may seem strange, are perfect for pale skins.
       - Pale pinks: Ideal for darker skin or brunettes.

- Dark: These colors should be applied on nails rather short and pale skin. The black tends to be reserved for special occasions.

- Red and bright colors: Perfect for very pale or very dark skins.

- Pastels: Ideal for brown skin.

- Bordeaux: Best on short nails and rectangular.

How to file your nails by shape:

- Short and wide: it is better to give them a slightly oval. The edges should be grown and never file until the skin.

- Almond shaped: filing must be oval, respecting their angle.

- Triangular: file respecting edge mm.

- Rectangular: must be file straight, without rushing edges, following a perpendicular line to the finger.

- Round: are better filed in oval, and letting grow a little more edge to make them longer.
